Canmore Vacation Properties was founded by Jordy, whose life has always been deeply rooted in the Rockies.

Originally from Jasper and now a long-time Canmore resident, Jordy has built his career around the mountains — working as a provincial park ranger, firefighter, heli-ski guide, and becoming a highly respected avalanche search and rescue trainer and professional guide.

With a strong background in both outdoor leadership and real estate, he saw an opportunity to create a vacation property management company that combines professional standards with genuine local knowledge.

What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted portfolio of carefully selected mountain properties — all managed with care, transparency, and attention to detail.

We both live in Canmore.
We respond quickly.
We know the trails, the seasons, and the rhythm of this town.
