We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

Yes. A $500 CAD security deposit is required for direct bookings. It is refunded within 7 business days after check-out if no damages or policy violations are identified.

We try to accommodate requests when possible, but it depends on cleaning schedules and back-to-back bookings. Please, contact us with your inquiry. 

Most properties include at least one designated parking stall. However, some units (such as certain Skyline Peaks suite) do not include on-site parking. Please, review the parking details listed on each property page. 

Some properties have central air conditioning, while others have portable units. Please review the specific property details to confirm. 

Yes, all properties include fresh linens, towels, and basic essentials for your stay like tea, coffee, oil, salt & pepper, etc.

All our properties include cable TV. However, some TV's do not support internet streaming. Guests are welcome to bring an HDMI-compatible device for streaming. 

Yes, most buildings offer heated outdoor pools and hot tubs year-round. However, amenities may temporarily close during extreme cold (approximately -20°C or lower) or for maintenance. 

Where available, fitness rooms are included for guest use at no additional charge. 

Canmore is approximately:

• 5–10 minutes from the Banff National Park entrance
   
• 20–30 minutes from downtown Banff

Lake Louise is approximately 1 hour from Canmore by car, depending on traffic and weather conditions. It’s a scenic drive through Banff National Park and makes for an easy and beautiful day trip. 

Canmore is about 1 hour from Calgary and approximately 1,5 hours from Calgary International Airport (YYC). The drive is straightforward and follows the Trans-Canada Highway west into the mountains. 

Many of our properties are within walking distance to downtown Canmore, restaurants, shops, and trails. Please, check each property listing for specific details. 

Canmore is centrally located between several world-class ski resorts:

• Mount Norquay – approx. 25 minutes
   
• Sunshine Village – approx. 30 minutes
   
• Lake Louise Ski Resort – approx. 1 hour
   
• Nakiska Ski Area – approx. 35 minutes
   

This makes Canmore an ideal base for ski trips, with multiple resort options within easy driving distance.
